Terms of Use
These terms apply to apps published by Mom and Pop Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are shown before you buy, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. See our support page for how to request one.
Fair use
Don't attempt to break, reverse engineer, or misrepresent our apps or interfere with other people's use of them, including any scores or shared results.
No warranty
Our apps are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them accurate and reliable, and we don't guarantee they will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
