Support
Email support@momandpoplabs.com. We reply within two business days, usually faster. Before you write, the answers below cover most of what lands in our inbox.
Billing and refunds
Purchases in our apps go through Apple, not us — we never see your payment details and we can't issue refunds ourselves. To request a refund, use Apple's form at reportaproblem.apple.com and Apple handles it directly, usually within a couple of days.
Restoring a purchase
Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not your device. If something you bought isn't showing up, look for a Restore Purchases option in the app, and make sure you're signed in with the account that bought it. Still wrong? Email us.
Your data
Our apps keep progress and settings on your device. Deleting an app deletes its data, and iCloud device backups carry it between phones the same way they carry everything else. The privacy policy has the full picture — it's short, because we collect nothing.
Reporting a bug
Tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and your iPhone model and iOS version. A screenshot or screen recording saves a round trip. Bugs that we can reproduce get fixed first.
Feature requests
Send them to the same address. We read all of it and we don't promise timelines.
Something won't launch or behaves strangely
The boring steps solve most of it, in this order: close the app fully and reopen it. Restart the phone. Check the App Store for a pending update. If it's still misbehaving, email us before you reinstall — deleting an app also deletes its progress, and we'd rather help you keep it.
Requirements and compatibility
Each app lists its minimum iOS version on its App Store page. As a rule we support the current version of iOS and the one before it. When a new iOS ships in the fall, updates for it come through the App Store like any other.
Updates
All updates ship through the App Store, and release notes say what changed in plain language. Turning on automatic updates in the App Store settings is the easiest way to stay current; nothing installs from anywhere else.
Family Sharing
Purchases follow Apple's Family Sharing rules. An app's App Store page shows whether a given purchase can be shared with your family group.
Accessibility
If something in one of our apps doesn't work with VoiceOver or other assistive technology, we want to know. Accessibility reports get the same priority as crashes — email us with the app, the screen, and what happened.
Beta testing
We occasionally run small test groups through Apple's TestFlight. When we're looking for testers, this page will say so.
Business and press
Same inbox, support@momandpoplabs.com — put "Press" or "Business" in the subject line and it gets routed to the right person, which is the same person.
